If Haven was included with your home inspection, you'll receive an invite by email after your inspection is complete. Follow the link to set up your account. If you're signing up directly, visit the sign-up page and enter your details. Setup takes about two minutes and your moving plan is available immediately.

Log in to your Haven account and go to your Moving Plan settings. Update your move date there and Haven will automatically recalculate your task timeline and flag any items that need immediate attention due to the change. If you've already scheduled movers or utilities, you'll see reminders to update those separately.

Yes. You can invite another person to access your Haven plan from your account settings. They'll receive an email invitation and can view and update the same moving plan. This is useful if you and a partner are managing the move together and want a shared view of what's done and what's next.

You can reach Haven support through the Help section of your account, by emailing support@haven.com, or by using the chat widget when you're logged in. Our team typically responds within one business day. For urgent issues close to a move date, use chat for the fastest response.

Your Haven account stays active after move-in. The focus shifts from pre-move logistics to ongoing homeownership — things like HVAC maintenance reminders, insurance renewal alerts, and home warranty check-ins. You don't need to do anything; Haven just keeps working with you as your needs change over time.

You can request account deletion from your account settings under Privacy. Your data will be removed within 30 days per our privacy policy. If you have active service referrals in progress, we recommend waiting until those are complete before deleting. Questions? Contact support@haven.com before you delete and we'll help.
